3D Printer is a machine allowing the creation of a physical object from a three-dimensional digital model, typically by laying down many thin layers of a material in succession.
Creating a Coin Holder
first I started off by getting all the measurements for the 4 american coins (Quarter, Nickel, Dime, And Penny). I took their diameters' and added .1 in to all of them so that the coins would be able to slide in and out of their sleeves very easily. The first print I did went haywire and had bumps and bubbles all over it.
I was able to reprint them and they came out fine. Now I had to create a holder for the coin sleeves so I mad the diameter of each hole on the holder .05 in bigger than the outer diameter of the sleeves and it worked perfectly! It held 47 quarters, 42 Nickels, 54 Pennies, and 62 Dimes!
